Hi Carmela,
Glad to hear you have gotten so much wear out of your Swedish reindeer leather bracelet. The leather is very strong despite being so soft, and lasts a long time if not worn regularly in the shower or when swimming. I still wear bracelets I bought more than 10 years ago and I love mixing and matching them. All SwedArt leather loops have been reinforced with synthetic sinew thread to make them last a long time.
Check out the Product Gallery on my website www.swedart.com and you will see many new styles and colors. I keep designing new beautiful styles with my skilled Lapland artisans, and we keep adding new materials to the traditional Sami materials reindeer leather and antler, in addition to the unique spun pewter wire with 4% silver. We now mix in materials like silver, gold and glass beads, Swarovski crystals, leather cords, and silver buttons for contemporary looks.
Leather is the material for the third wedding anniversarygift :), and SwedArt bracelets are ideal since they are worn by both men and women and they have become such a hot fashion item.
Take care,
Margareta

I love these bracelets! My mother (who is Swede/ Norski) gave me one after my month-long trip in Northern Sweden and Norway. It is absolutely perfect and goes with everything. I was worried about ripping the reindeer leather (which is very supple), but it's been 6 years and still no wear on them. Thank you for posting these!
