I’m not sure quite how, but I stumbled upon these fantastic textured wreaths from Terrain made out of all natural bits of cocoa sticks, purple majesty, golden millet, shaved mahogany bark, and mushrooms. Seriously, it’s pieces like this that I live for! Simple, natural, textured: three of my favourite design components. And if you haven’t already started decorating your home with pretty holiday things like this, start now! It will put you in the spirit.

I love stumble-upons! Today I somehow found myself at the website for Twigs and Heather, a pair of twin sisters named Heather and Kerry Alice Collins who produce handcrafted sterling silver jewelery inspired by nature. Their work is self-described as “part rock star, part silly romantic”. Each piece uses the lost wax casting method with ‘a few tricks of their own’. You can visit their page to admire all the beauty and perhaps even purchase an item or two to complete your forest-inspired look.
